What you will do

  • Provide live, accurate verbal interpretation between English and Spanish during daily briefings and job-site meetings.
  • Translate essential operational and safety documentation, including notices and policy updates.
  • Act as a primary conduit for information between team members and management.
  • Assist in the delivery of employee orientations and safety training sessions.
  • Maintain accuracy and professional standards in all technical and safety-sensitive translations.
  • Adapt quickly to changing schedules and site conditions in an active operational environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
  • Professional experience in translation or interpretation, ideally in a technical or operations-heavy environment.
  • Ability to learn and utilize operational and safety-related terminology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a neutral and professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA.
