Salary: $51,171 – $54,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee daily entry and processing of donor data and gift batches into the enterprise CRM.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for outsourced customer service agents and manage escalated issues.
• Lead process improvements for data importing, gift coding, and monthly reconciliation.
• Create and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update the Donor Care Manual.
• Train internal teams and chapter staff on data management and cleanup best practices.
• Ensure all service level agreements are met while providing high-level support to donors and chapters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• 2+ years of professional experience, with 1-2 years in a non-profit environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce NPSP software.
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment with occasional travel (up to 10%).
