Salary: $73,738 - $125,354

What you will do

• Perform data capture, updates, and analysis using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
• Manage and document geodatabases while maintaining metadata standards.
• Conduct aerial photography interpretation and process raster datasets.
• Design and develop maps for both digital and hardcopy distribution.
• Utilize remote sensing data, including LiDAR, for surface classification and elevation updates.
• Extract data from engineering drawings, survey plats, and tax records.

Requirements

• Must be based in Puerto Rico and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of experience with cadastral data creation and ESRI ArcGIS suite.
• 5+ years of experience with GIS concepts, spatial projections, and geodatabase management.
• 5+ years of experience with GPS data collection and ESRI mobile solutions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with GIS workflow automation using Python or Safe FME.
• Experience with Azure-hosted GIS solutions.
• Proven capability to identify opportunities for project improvement and innovation.
