TL;DR

Customer On-Site: Serve as the main point of contact between hirify.global’s workforce and client on-site leadership, driving day-to-day service delivery with an accent on operational oversight, worker onboarding and scheduling, and bilingual communication in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Focus on resolving on-site issues early, coordinating incident escalations, and supporting shift coverage and account growth through wallet expansion opportunities.

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (On-site)

Salary: $25–$27 per hour (plus bonus)

hirify.global provides on-site operational support to manage workforce delivery for client facilities.

What you will do

  • Manage worker and client relationships by serving as the primary on-site relationship owner for supervisors and workers.
  • Coordinate on-site operations including onboarding, first-day check-ins, interviews, and start schedules for new hires.
  • Support workers with clock-ins, pay questions, performance feedback, and on-site performance management with escalations as needed.
  • Bridge communication between the client site, hirify.global Ops, and Worker Support teams; report attendance issues and staffing changes.
  • Handle issue resolution and incident management by identifying concerns early and escalating site challenges.
  • Own shift and schedule management, ensure staffing coverage, and distribute/manage PPE; identify wallet expansion opportunities within the account.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing/on-site coordination environments (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) for email and in-person interactions.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent hirify.global with both workers and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships, coach workers, enforce standards, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
