What you will do

• Identify participants and conduct outreach for the DEPTH research project.
• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered case support to asylum seekers.
• Maintain case files, enter program data, and ensure compliance with reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement and community agencies.
• Coordinate volunteer and intern support for program activities.
• Represent the organization in coalitions and task forces.

Requirements

• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ and possess a valid driver’s license with active insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience, including at least 1 year working with asylum seekers or vulnerable populations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Must be eligible to receive an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• Ability to lift 35-50 pounds for field tasks.
