Senior Manager, Employee Experience

Salary: $109,000–$135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design and implement initiatives that strengthen engagement, trust, and retention.
• Lead DEI strategy development and serve as a subject matter expert on accessibility and neurodiversity.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on conflict resolution, workplace behavior, and performance management.
• Manage the reasonable accommodation process and support inclusive workplace design.
• Analyze workforce trends and feedback to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Conduct workplace investigations and facilitate mediation across teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations, DEI, and engagement.
• 3+ years of management experience leading projects or people.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, ADA compliance, and reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to travel by air within the U.S. approximately 2x per year.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.

Nice to have

• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or DEI-related certification.
• Experience with engagement platforms like Culture Amp or Lattice.
• Experience supporting organizational change and workforce transitions.
