Senior Manager, Employee Experience (HR/DEI): Leading initiatives to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace with an accent on employee relations, accessibility, and organizational culture. Location: Must be based in the US (Remote with travel required 2x/year).
Salary: $109,000–$135,000 per year.

What you will do
- Design and implement initiatives that strengthen engagement, trust, and retention.
- Lead DEI strategy development and serve as a subject matter expert on accessibility and neurodiversity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on conflict resolution, workplace behavior, and performance management.
- Manage the reasonable accommodation process and support inclusive workplace design.
- Analyze workforce trends and feedback to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct workplace investigations and facilitate mediation across teams.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations, DEI, and engagement.
- 3+ years of management experience leading projects or people.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, ADA compliance, and reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to travel by air within the U.S. approximately 2x per year.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
Nice to have
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or DEI-related certification.
- Experience with engagement platforms like Culture Amp or Lattice.
- Experience supporting organizational change and workforce transitions.
