What you will do

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
• Resolve complex employee relations (ER) issues and conduct thorough investigations.
• Design and implement HR projects, procedures, and policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a strategic partner to management and an advocate for employees.
• Serve as a primary resource for payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee development policies.
• Lead corporate communication regarding policy updates driven by new labor laws.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years of related HR experience or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to use sophisticated analytical techniques to identify root causes of complex issues.
• Proven ability to enhance relationships and networks with senior internal partners.

• Experience with ADP.
