TL;DR

Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP): Overseeing the full employee lifecycle and managing complex employee relations with an accent on policy compliance, data-informed decision-making, and strategic partnership. Focus on resolving systemic HR issues, driving organizational change, and ensuring seamless transitions across all stages of employment.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Compensation: $84,500 – $125,000

What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues through systematic analysis and root cause investigation.
  • Partner with management to implement HR projects, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with evolving labor laws and regulations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee development.
  • Lead corporate communication efforts regarding policy changes and HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years of related HR experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing diverse scope issues.
  • Ability to influence and persuade senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR policy design and implementation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ADP software.
