Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Compensation: $84,500 – $125,000

What you will do
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues through systematic analysis and root cause investigation.
- Partner with management to implement HR projects, procedures, and policies.
- Ensure organizational compliance with evolving labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a strategic advisor on payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee development.
- Lead corporate communication efforts regarding policy changes and HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6 years of related HR experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing diverse scope issues.
- Ability to influence and persuade senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with HR policy design and implementation.
Nice to have
- Experience with ADP software.
