What you will do
- Manage end-to-end offboarding processes across international jurisdictions including AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on terminations, resignations, and redundancy procedures while ensuring legal compliance.
- Facilitate complex meetings such as workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Payroll, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure accurate and timely exit administration.
- Assess workplace concerns and support clients in applying progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the employee lifecycle experience.
Requirements
- English: C1 proficiency required for all written and spoken communication.
- Proven experience in HR advisory or business partnering with a focus on voluntary and involuntary exits.
- Strong background in interpreting and applying international employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous, environment.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and influencing skills for handling sensitive situations.
- Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS platforms and a proactive approach to process optimization.
