What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end offboarding processes across international jurisdictions including AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on terminations, resignations, and redundancy procedures while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Facilitate complex meetings such as workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Payroll, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure accurate and timely exit administration.
  • Assess workplace concerns and support clients in applying progressive disciplinary approaches.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the employee lifecycle experience.

Requirements

  • English: C1 proficiency required for all written and spoken communication.
  • Proven experience in HR advisory or business partnering with a focus on voluntary and involuntary exits.
  • Strong background in interpreting and applying international employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous, hirify.global environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and influencing skills for handling sensitive situations.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS platforms and a proactive approach to process optimization.
