What you will do

• Develop, design, and execute complex experiments to support research, feasibility, and product qualification.
• Lead technical teams and coordinate work across interdisciplinary groups to achieve project milestones.
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and present findings to management and peer groups.
• Establish performance goals, provide feedback, and mentor high-performing team members.
• Perform literature and market research to identify new product ideas and trends.
• Prepare invention disclosures, patent applications, and grant proposals.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of immunoassay development experience in an industrial environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Expertise in GraphPad Prism, MS Excel, and advanced statistics.
• Training and experience with BSL-2 techniques.
