Salary: $126,000–$157,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify, adapt, and advance new technology initiatives and scientific hypotheses.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on chemical activity, formulation, and analysis.
• Author high-quality technical reports and peer-reviewed publications.
• Plan, execute, and document lab activity to provide scientific data for device features.
• Provide technical leadership for project teams and cross-functional counterparts.
• Develop internal procedures for laboratory investigation records and feasibility design.

Requirements

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the medical device or other regulated industry.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and demonstrated research effectiveness.
• Must be based in Fraser, MI, US.
• Must have the education and experience to comply with U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations (FDA).
