What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical methods for fragrance, taste, and nutrition materials.
• Act as the analytical lead or project manager for multidisciplinary innovation programs.
• Manage and coach a small team of analytical chemists, overseeing resource planning and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strategic scientific relationships with internal and external research partners.
• Document findings in internal reports and external scientific publications.
• Explore new technologies to expand the capabilities of the Analytical Sciences team.

Requirements

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field (5+ years exp) OR Master's in Science (10+ years exp).
• 3+ years of people management experience in an R&D laboratory setting.
• Deep expertise in GC, GC/MS, HPLC, and LC/MS techniques.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to lead projects of significant complexity.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Princeton, NJ.
