TL;DR
Senior Recruiting Coordinator (HR): Managing end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate experience for a high-growth fintech company with an accent on operational efficiency and ATS integrity. Focus on coordinating complex multi-panel interviews across time zones and providing exceptional in-person support at the Seattle office.
Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA; role is 100% onsite (5 days a week)
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + 7.5% target annual bonus

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end interview scheduling process, including phone screens, virtual, and onsite interviews.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for complex scheduling scenarios and executive-level interviews.
- Provide front-desk coverage and ensure an exceptional in-person experience for candidates and guests.
- Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage job requisitions.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Manage the background check process and assist with reporting and data analytics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role.
- 3+ years of experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Seattle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with Greenhouse or Workday.
