Talent Sourcer (HR): Proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for technical and non-technical roles with an accent on passive sourcing strategies and pipeline management. Focus on building strong candidate relationships, utilizing advanced sourcing tools, and collaborating with recruiters to meet hiring needs in a competitive healthcare technology market.

Location: Hybrid 3 days per week in Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC

Salary: $30–$50 USD per hour

What you will do

• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for high-volume and niche roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and optimize sourcing efforts.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter.
• Must have a 4-year degree.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for technical roles like Software Engineers and DevOps.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Extensive experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
• Strong understanding of ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
