TL;DR

Recruiter (Manufacturing): Managing high-volume blue-collar recruitment cycles for a manufacturing client with an accent on stakeholder management and proactive sourcing. Focus on delivering exceptional talent pipelines, conducting detailed job scope meetings, and ensuring compliance with OFCCP standards.

Location: Must be a US citizen and based within a commutable distance to Garner, NC. This is an onsite role (5 days per week).

Salary: $53,709 – $66,000

What you will do

  • Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define specifications and market approaches.
  • Source candidates using Boolean search techniques, networking, and recruitment marketing plans.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct phone interviews, and manage the assessment process.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and drive candidate acceptance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to OFCCP regulations and internal compliance standards.
  • Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and search status to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen and able to work onsite in Garner, NC.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
  • Strong familiarity with Manufacturing, Light Industrial, or Production hiring.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or HR preferred.

  • Experience with Workday ATS.
