What you will do

• Provide real-time verbal interpretation between English and Spanish during daily briefings, training modules, job-site meetings, and performance discussions.
• Translate operational and safety documentation (notices, training materials, policy updates, and procedural changes) while preserving original intent and detail.
• Act as a workforce liaison by helping employees understand complex processes, safety protocols, and operational objectives.
• Support safety and training delivery, including employee orientations and safety training sessions.
• Maintain accuracy and professional standards in all translations to prevent misinterpretation of technical or safety-sensitive information.
• Adapt to active operational environments by adjusting quickly to changing schedules, site conditions, and communication needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Professional experience in translation or interpretation, ideally in a technical or operations-heavy environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with a neutral, professional, and confidential demeanor.
• Ability to quickly learn and use operational and safety-related terminology.
