Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Oakland, CA or the surrounding Bay Area

Compensation: $26-$27/hr

What you will do

• Provide trauma-informed comprehensive case management and safety planning for survivors of trafficking.
• Connect clients with legal services, housing, physical and mental health providers, and psychosocial services.
• Advocate for culturally and linguistically appropriate services and build relationships with community stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach and provide technical assistance and training to government and law enforcement agencies.
• Manage case documentation, quality assurance, and direct assistance requests for rent and utilities.
• Supervise and coordinate volunteers and interns to support service delivery.

Requirements

• Spanish fluency required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Two years of relevant experience in social service, case management, or human services.
• Undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent field preferred.
• Knowledge of human rights and trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
• Working knowledge of social services and healthcare systems in the Bay Area.
