What you will do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with ASHA to ensure compliance and maintain a productive relationship.
  • Run, audit, and submit accurate course rosters and reports to CE governing bodies.
  • Manage course registrations, cancellations, and reschedules within the LMS and CRM systems.
  • Provide customer support to learners regarding course completion status and certification inquiries.
  • Proofread and generate promotional materials for course offerings.
  • Support the Education and Research team with administrative initiatives and LMS troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably within education programs.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Zoom, Slack, LMS, and CRM systems.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 2 times per year.
  • Strong organizational, proofreading, and reporting skills with a focus on deadline adherence.
