What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students from initial inquiry to enrolment.
- Own enrolment targets and relationships for assigned university partners.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone and email to nurture leads and support conversion.
- Monitor applicant pipelines and manage routine follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and uphold high standards of data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrolment experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, student support, admissions, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professionalism and problem-solving ability in a target-driven environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in higher education, online education, or enrolment support.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with CRM or student information systems.
