TL;DR

Learning Experience Specialist (Education/SaaS): Developing and producing high-quality learning assets for the hirify.global platform with an accent on video production, multimedia content, and e-learning development. Focus on creating engaging training materials, applying accessibility standards, and collaborating with designers to support customer adoption.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Toronto office for hybrid work

Salary: $62,000 - $75,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Produce engaging learning experiences across live, on-demand, and blended formats.
  • Create short-form and long-form training videos including screen capture and voice-over narration.
  • Develop e-learning modules using modern authoring tools.
  • Build supplemental assets such as job aids, quick-start guides, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with designers and SMEs to produce polished learning materials.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and incorporate feedback into iterative workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in learning production or instructional content development.
  • Strong video production experience for training content.
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design principles such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms like Docebo.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Toronto.
