Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Arlington, TX (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

What you will do
- Lead the prioritization of the product backlog in partnership with product management.
- Analyze and communicate customer requirements to provide innovative solutions and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to craft high-quality, customer-centric user stories.
- Partner with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely deliverables within SLA.
- Measure product performance using key metrics to ensure accountability for business results.
- Communicate project status and production performance to all levels of leadership.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
- Agile Certification (PSPO, CSP-PO, or POPM/APM) required.
- Proficiency in XML/JSON based APIs, Cloud Technologies, and Data Driven Decision making.
- Strong understanding of SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and Design Thinking.
- Advanced interpersonal and negotiation skills for working in a matrix organization.
Nice to have
- Advanced Agile Certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with risk management and vendor relationship coordination.
