What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for financing origination and servicing platforms from discovery to delivery.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog while partnering with engineering to build and test features.
• Define and own OKRs that align team output with business unit and company objectives.
• Identify and build solutions to expand into new asset classes and markets.
• Integrate with external platforms including capital providers, installer tools, and data providers.
• Apply AI-powered tools to improve team productivity and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience in consumer finance, capital markets, or credit/risk.
• Proven track record of owning a roadmap, leading sprint execution, and shipping products independently.
• Deep fluency with platform workflows, API integrations, and decisioning systems.
• Strong analytical orientation with the ability to define metrics and connect quantitative signals to decisions.
• High-EQ communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC as this is an onsite role.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B home improvement, solar, or consumer-facing financial products.
• Experience at a high-growth startup or during significant product portfolio scaling.
