What you will do

• Audit high-volume travel and expense reports to ensure 100% compliance with corporate policies.
• Perform general accounting activities including transaction input and month-end close support.
• Research and resolve non-routine accounting discrepancies using established principles.
• Maintain complex tracking files in Excel and extract data from financial systems for leadership reporting.
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for financial policy inquiries.
• Support administrative initiatives and special projects within the accounting department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in an accounting or financial operations department.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with enterprise-level financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Strong commitment to data integrity and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for communicating policies to non-financial staff.
