Senior Accountant (Manufacturing)

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States; hybrid

Salary: $76,000–$141,100 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions and research general ledger variances.
• Prepare recurring journal entries and review month-end account reconciliations.
• Maintain the fixed asset ledger, including asset creation, dispositions, depreciation, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions to support accurate eliminations.
• Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Provide analysis, ad hoc data, technical accounting support, and backup coverage for the accounting center.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with INFOR M3 or a similar ERP system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with departments and business partners, respond to questions at all organizational levels, and work overtime during peak periods.

Nice to have

• CPA or CMA certification.
• Fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, or manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience with SAGE FAS, Power Query, Power Automate, or OneStream.
