What you will do

• Lead the execution of core Experience Strategy deliverables, including audits, content inventory, and workshop materials.
• Collaborate with leadership on personalization, omnichannel strategies, and customer journey mapping.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and strategic stories for clients.
• Conduct secondary research to support POVs, white papers, and case studies.
• Support organic growth and new business initiatives within the agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Omnichannel, Experience, or Digital Strategy.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing industries.
• Must be based in New York, NY, USA.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, and Airtable.
• Adept at using AI systems and frameworks.
