What you will do

• Lead commercial negotiations and API agreements with strategic retailers and marketplaces.
• Manage cross-border contracts, export controls, and tax compliance for global operations.
• Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to enhance sales strategies and deal success.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across internal processes and external partnerships.
• Develop deep expertise in AdTech and evolving E-commerce regulations.
• Refine best practices for compliance and contracting in collaboration with finance and operations.

Requirements

• For US candidates: Juris Doctor (J.D.) and an active license to practice law in the US.
• For Spain candidates: Qualifying law degree and an active license to practice law in Spain.
• Proven expertise in legal writing and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
