Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in London or Dublin

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts.
• Interface with the Go-To-Market team to ensure fast and efficient execution of customer agreements.
• Help establish the legal function in the EMEA region, building the substantive and organizational foundation.
• Handle various emerging legal issues within a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• English qualified lawyer.
• 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) in a leading private practice law firm or in-house at a technology company.
• Transactional background with experience in technology and/or IP licensing commercial agreements.
• Ability to function independently and work proactively in a high-intensity environment.
