What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for third-party, club, and school-owned venues.
• Manage the P&L for the facilities market segment to achieve financial goals.
• Create pricing strategies and revenue forecasts for streaming, ticketing, event payments, and subscriptions.
• Negotiate exclusive streaming rights, ticketing agreements, and camera installation contracts.
• Own end-to-end implementation of signed plans to ensure facilities realize promised value.
• Mentor team members and lead cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or relocate to Lincoln or Omaha, NE before starting.
• 5+ years of experience within the sports industry with a strong track record of performance.
• Deep expertise in the facilities market and its connection to business value.
• Proven ability to manage internal alignment and influence teams toward critical goals.
• Experience negotiating content rights and long-term facility contracts.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
