What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to grow pharmaceutical consultant services in the NAM market.
• Drive business expansion by converting strategies into actionable roadmaps with key milestones.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams, assisting with proposal writing and presentations.
• Determine resource requirements and lead the recruitment, training, and mentoring of technical experts.
• Ensure technical operations meet customer KPIs and align with global initiatives.
• Expand service offerings into areas such as Performance Assessments and Supply Chain Risk Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Testing, Inspection, Certification).
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to travel frequently (34%-66% of the time).
