What you will do

• Lead strategic and operations planning for the studio in coordination with studio leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation between the studio and central functions (HR, IT, Legal, Infosec).
• Manage the rhythm of the business (ROB), including financial submissions and budget planning.
• Oversee studio IT functions and ensure alignment with information security requirements.
• Partner with HR on talent evaluation, compensation, and people processes.
• Build, mentor, and direct the studio's operations team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 75+ people.
• Proven project management skills, including backlog maintenance and scheduling.
• Experience managing contracts and external business relationships.
• Knowledge of studio infrastructure and technical decision-making.
• Experience with agile/scrum development processes.
• Professional experience in the video game industry and eligibility for US-based benefits (401k, etc.)

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Jira, TFS, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Experience leading international development teams and managing vendors.
• Background as a video game producer, development manager, or project manager.
