What you will do

• Strategically partner with sales, Finance, and Security teams to support high-velocity deal cycles.
• Draft and negotiate complex outbound commercial agreements, including SaaS Agreements, DPAs, BAAs, and AI terms.
• Act as a trusted legal advisor to sales teams, delivering practical guidance aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and scale commercial legal best practices, including legal playbooks and internal knowledge-sharing materials.
• Collaborate on legal support for new selling models, product introductions, and feature launches.
• Research and adapt internal guidelines based on emerging global laws and regulatory shifts.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar association.
• 8+ years of legal practice, with significant in-house experience at a technology company supporting sales.
• Proven experience with high-velocity outbound SaaS and revenue transactions.
• Ability to translate complex legal nuances into actionable recommendations for non-legal stakeholders.
• Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
