What you will do

  • Lead the execution of a large, multi-functional program, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and organizational priorities.
  • Manage contractor personnel and subcontractors, establishing clear expectations and accountability across the team.
  • Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP), including standard operating procedures and reporting structures.
  • Oversee integrated delivery across operations, financial management, logistics, and security support functions.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to ensure program performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and leading program reviews.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs of similar size and scope within the past 10 years.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across diverse functional areas.
  • Experience executing program management frameworks, including risk management and performance tracking.
  • Strong ability to operate in a secure, regulated environment and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with PPBE and resource planning processes.
  • Experience with integrated scheduling and acquisition support.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and operational efficiency experience.
