Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Fort Worth, Texas. This is a hybrid role requiring part-time on-site presence at a hirify.global facility. US Citizenship and active Secret Clearance are required.

What you will do

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical delivery for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's F-35 development scope.
• Lead proposal activities integrated with broader program capture efforts.
• Establish and maintain effective program plans, including proactive risk and opportunity management.
• Collaborate with the Country Program Manager and Integrated Customer Teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Communicate complex technical and programmatic status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements baselines are well-managed and customer expectations are met.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required for government security clearance.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Proven program management experience in matrix organizations.
• Demonstrated business acumen including experience with EVMS and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership engagement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Fort Worth, Texas.

Nice to have

• Development experience within F-35 or fifth-generation fighter programs.
• Familiarity with FMS contracting and international customer relations.
• Experience with F-35 Special Access Program requirements.
