What you will do

• Support monthly, semi-annual, and annual accounting close processes.
• Execute and review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement analyses.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian accounting standards, BCB rules, and IFRS.
• Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Tax teams on cash flow and budget variations.
• Manage internal and external audit requests to ensure data traceability and quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Active CRC registration (if degree is in Accounting).
• Proven experience in accounting close, financial routines, and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of CPCs, BR GAAP, BACEN GAAP, and IFRS.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and analytical mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintechs, banks, or regulated financial institutions.
• Knowledge of SAP (Public, HANA, S/4) and SQL.
• Experience with BI tools and internal control structuring.
• Advanced English proficiency.
