What you will do

• Support monthly, semi-annual, and annual accounting closes.
• Execute and review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian accounting standards, BCB rules, and IFRS.
• Collaborate with FP&A on budget analysis, forecasting, and operational impact assessments.
• Manage internal and external audit requests to ensure data traceability.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Active CRC registration (if degree is in Accounting).
• Proven experience in accounting close, financial analysis, and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of CPCs, BR GAAP, BACEN GAAP, and IFRS.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintechs, banks, or regulated financial institutions.
• Knowledge of COSIF, SAP, SQL, and BI tools.
• Experience with internal control structuring.
• Advanced English proficiency.
