What you will do

• Partner with LATAM Seed Operations leadership to drive efficient use of assets and manage COGS.
• Perform detailed analysis of monthly actuals and forecasts for P&L and balance sheets.
• Act as the finance lead in monthly supply review processes and evaluate inventory implications.
• Lead strategic analyses including Asset Footprint, Make vs Buy, M&A, and Capital.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Finance to align regional performance with enterprise strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure controls compliance and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CMA certification.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
