TL;DR

HR Business Partner (HRBP): Driving strategic people initiatives and fostering a productive work environment for North American functions with an accent on talent management, employee relations, and organizational change. Focus on partnering with leadership to align human capital strategies with business objectives and ensuring operational excellence across the People function.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Mateo, CA (Hybrid: 3x/week onsite)

Salary: $156,060 - $192,780

What you will do

  • Collaborate with People leadership to formulate and deliver strategic people initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on human capital planning, talent management, and workforce development.
  • Partner with Employee Relations to resolve issues and ensure fair application of policies.
  • Design and implement performance management processes and career development plans.
  • Utilize people analytics to assess program effectiveness and report on key metrics.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in People business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in relevant HR technologies and data reporting.
  • Must be able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs).
