What you will do
- Design and deliver onboarding, training, and coaching programs to ramp new hires and upskill existing teams.
- Develop sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides in collaboration with Marketing.
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
- Drive adoption and optimization of sales technology, including Salesforce, to streamline workflows and pipeline visibility.
- Analyze sales and support data to identify knowledge gaps and implement strategic solutions.
- Build and execute a scalable sales enablement framework for growth in the UK and internationally.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or revenue operations within a SaaS environment (ideally fintech or payments).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
- Business acumen in finance processes, including AP automation and expense management.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Swindon or Brighton offices
