Salary: $23/hr - $27/hr

What you will do

• Greet employees and guests professionally while managing identification and access permissions.
• Monitor access control systems and process onboarding/offboarding requests.
• Serve as the primary on-site coordinator during overnight hours, ensuring continuous operational coverage.
• Respond to incidents calmly and effectively, maintaining established security protocols.
• Document shift activities and provide clear communication handoffs to day teams.
• Assist with coverage of the Employee Registration and Executive Security Reception desks.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Guest Reception, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Security.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work on-site at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based applications.
• Experience with access control systems and issuing credentials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• 64+ college credits or Military experience.
• Experience with HID SAFE and Lenel systems.
• Proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs in sensitive situations.
