Software Engineer (React/Java)

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States; primary location Greenwood Village, Colorado. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $87,400–$123,400 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Develop and support significant software features and projects using ReactJS, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
• Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements through production implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize software requirements.
• Review code and maintain high-quality software standards.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Learn and apply modern technologies and development practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or SQL databases.
• Experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and unit or functional testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and training.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, debugging, troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Full-stack experience and a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Experience with Agile principles and multiple projects or development cycles.
