Full Stack Solutions Developer (Java)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annually

What you will do

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and production-quality code.
• Build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, including clean RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop responsive, component-driven front-end applications with React.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native services using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and developers in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production-grade enterprise applications.
• Advanced Java 11/17 and Spring Boot experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, computational complexity, and system design.
• Production experience with microservices, inter-service communication, observability, SQL, and relational databases.
• Professional React experience, plus CI/CD, Git workflows, code reviews, and release management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate; new H-1B petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• Event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar platforms.
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Distributed-systems concepts including eventual consistency, CAP trade-offs, idempotency, and saga patterns.
• Automation testing and test-driven or behavior-driven development practices.
• Angular or Vue familiarity.
