What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Europe, providing business-aligned HR guidance and strategic people plans.
- Lead complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.
- Manage relationships and consultation processes with German Works Councils (Betriebsrat) and French CSE.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws across the Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Spain.
- Support annual compensation cycles, job evaluation, and regional benchmarking activities.
- Manage HR transactions, organizational changes, and data reporting within Workday.
Requirements
- Proven HR Business Partner experience in a multi-country European environment.
- Fluency in English, German, and French is essential.
- Strong knowledge of European labor law and demonstrated experience working with Works Councils or employee representative bodies.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Availability to commute to the office weekly.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Dutch or Spanish.
- Hands-on experience with Workday.
- Experience working within a global US-based organization.
