What you will do

  • Influence product strategy by identifying opportunities for impact in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Apply research methodologies to empathize with customer challenges and solve complex problems.
  • Leverage AI prototyping to explore conceptual ideas and iterate on functional flows.
  • Craft high-fidelity user interfaces while maintaining scalability and information architecture standards.
  • Lead vision initiatives and advocate for the design system to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate transparently with engineers and product managers to drive consensus and impactful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English required.
  • Impressive portfolio demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end product design process.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to autonomously own design for complex domains.
  • Proven experience in effective cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering counterparts.
  • Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech or FinTech is highly preferred.
  • Ability to embody and demonstrate core company values.
