Location: Remote (Hybrid workforce model)
Salary: $128,500 - $154,200 USD

What you will do
- Drive and track strategic initiatives, strategic partnership activities, and M&A efforts while escalating risks to leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance and business owners to build business cases, define success metrics, and track ROI.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools directly into existing operating models, legacy software, and workflows.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate and prioritize high-impact initiatives and optimize workflows leveraging AI capabilities.
- Manage post-merger integration workstreams, maintain integration trackers, and ensure progress aligns with the deal thesis.
- Develop executive presentations, briefs, and fact packs for leadership and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy Execution or strategic consulting, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and develop board-level presentations.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis to distill data into relevant insights.
- Exceptional proficiency in synthesizing complex information with acute attention to detail.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.
