What you will do
- Handle and close inbound leads across global markets.
- Run discovery, scoping, and closing calls with senior marketing decision-makers.
- Match prospects to the right Fieldtrip solution across influencer, paid media, creative, and SEO.
- Help build outbound pipeline using tools like Apollo and similar platforms.
- Build and manage cadences and sequences as the outbound motion develops.
- Use technology, automation, and AI to streamline workflows and maintain CRM accuracy.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of sales experience in an agency, media, or marketing technology environment.
- Strong understanding of paid media, performance creative, and influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Comfort running a full sales cycle from first call to close.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Must be based in a North American timezone.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into marketing or growth teams at DTC, e-commerce, or app and subscription companies.
- Experience building sales processes from scratch.
- Ability to use AI to research, personalize, and move faster without losing quality.
