What you will do

  • Handle and close inbound leads across global markets.
  • Run discovery, scoping, and closing calls with senior marketing decision-makers.
  • Match prospects to the right Fieldtrip solution across influencer, paid media, creative, and SEO.
  • Help build outbound pipeline using tools like Apollo and similar platforms.
  • Build and manage cadences and sequences as the outbound motion develops.
  • Use technology, automation, and AI to streamline workflows and maintain CRM accuracy.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of sales experience in an agency, media, or marketing technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, performance creative, and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfort running a full sales cycle from first call to close.
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Must be based in a North American timezone.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into marketing or growth teams at DTC, e-commerce, or app and subscription companies.
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch.
  • Ability to use AI to research, personalize, and move faster without losing quality.
