What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and acquire new clients within the South Korean trading and distribution sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline building to closing and onboarding.
- Deliver consultative solutions for FX exposure, multi-currency accounts, and cross-border payments.
- Identify and influence key decision-makers including finance leaders, treasury, operations, and procurement.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to deepen brand presence in South Korea.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and compliance teams to accelerate customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably selling technical or financial products.
- Proven track record of winning customers in South Korea's trading and distribution market.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
- Ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements and FX pricing.
- Deep familiarity with Korean cross-border trading corridors (e.g., KRW–USD/CNY/JPY/EUR).
- Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.

- Accredited certification for the completion of FX training provided by KBI or KIFIN.
