What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and acquire new clients within the South Korean trading and distribution sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline building to closing and onboarding.
  • Deliver consultative solutions for FX exposure, multi-currency accounts, and cross-border payments.
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers including finance leaders, treasury, operations, and procurement.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to deepen brand presence in South Korea.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and compliance teams to accelerate customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably selling technical or financial products.
  • Proven track record of winning customers in South Korea's trading and distribution market.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
  • Ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements and FX pricing.
  • Deep familiarity with Korean cross-border trading corridors (e.g., KRW–USD/CNY/JPY/EUR).
  • Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.

Nice to have

  • Accredited certification for the completion of FX training provided by KBI or KIFIN.
