What you will do
- Own the commercial relationship for your client base to maintain and grow revenue.
- Achieve sales targets for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells in collaboration with customer success.
- Negotiate and execute contracts to maximize annual recurring revenue and manage price increases.
- Manage risk assessment plans for the account book and track next steps for at-risk accounts.
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance while keeping Salesforce updated.
- Deliver business cases, account plans, and regular business reviews to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success with commercial responsibility.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and retention targets.
- Experience working in technology or SaaS companies, preferably in the IP space.
- Demonstrable knowledge of procurement, contract processes, and negotiation.
- Must be based in the US (East Coast).
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
