What you will do

  • Own the commercial relationship for your client base to maintain and grow revenue.
  • Achieve sales targets for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells in collaboration with customer success.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts to maximize annual recurring revenue and manage price increases.
  • Manage risk assessment plans for the account book and track next steps for at-risk accounts.
  • Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance while keeping Salesforce updated.
  • Deliver business cases, account plans, and regular business reviews to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success with commercial responsibility.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and retention targets.
  • Experience working in technology or SaaS companies, preferably in the IP space.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of procurement, contract processes, and negotiation.
  • Must be based in the US (East Coast).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

  • Experience working within the Brand Protection or Intellectual Property industry.
