Recruiting Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in San Francisco or New York City; office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Base salary: $140,000–$195,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco or New York City, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and scale interviewer systems, training, standards, certifications, calibration, and effectiveness measurement.
• Own interviewer pool health, including interviewer mapping, AI and experimental interview formats, and quality at scale.
• Build and run recruiting team onboarding and enablement programs.
• Support specialty hiring programs such as internal mobility, M&A integration, and other strategic initiatives.
• Build cross-functional playbooks, communications, processes, and coordination frameworks for consistent and scalable recruiting.
• Partner with Recruiters, Recruiting Operations, People Operations, and senior leadership on high-priority initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, recruiting operations, or a highly cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment.
• High agency, end-to-end ownership, speed, initiative, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Builder mentality and experience creating or improving systems and programs.
• Strong AI skills, including hands-on experience building custom agents and skills and teaching them to others.
• Strong project management skills, including leading complex initiatives from scoping through execution, managing stakeholders, timelines, competing priorities, short-term sprints, and long-range programs.
• Ability to handle sensitive or high-profile work with discretion and high judgment.
• Strong analytical instincts for evaluating program health, identifying patterns, and making informed decisions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages and create clarity across organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with recruiting program management workstreams through different stages of recruiting evolution.
• Experience using Notion and understanding what the product is building.
