Early Careers & Interns Specialist (AI)

Location: United States; work arrangement: on-site

Salary: $95,000–$120,000 in other US states; $120,000–$150,000 in California, New York, and Washington; CA$140,000–CA$175,000 in Canada, plus equity.

What you will do

• Design and implement early-career programs for intern and graduate talent.
• Build partnerships with universities and colleges and represent Cohere at career fairs and campus recruitment events.
• Develop employer-branding strategies, learning objectives, project frameworks, and intern cohort experiences.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, mentor and buddy programs, progress check-ins, and performance reviews.
• Track conversion, retention, engagement, and ROI metrics and use feedback to improve program effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, logistics, scheduling, and program evolution as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global early careers, internship, or graduate recruitment focused on technical roles.
• Experience developing international university partnerships and recruiting STEM candidates globally.
• Experience building inclusive and equitable intern programs.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to analyze program metrics and work with diverse stakeholders across locations.
• Ability to work on-site in the United States.
