What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of major initiatives under the CPO's umbrella to ensure milestones are met without friction.
• Proactively manage cross-functional dependencies across product, design, and engineering teams to eliminate blockers.
• Drive accountability by synthesizing action items from core team meetings and ensuring rigorous follow-through.
• Design and implement lightweight, scalable processes to improve cross-functional execution across the SDLC.
• Bridge the gap between creative design concepts and technical implementation based on the CPO's vision.
• Leverage AI tools like Gemini to optimize team workflows and explore agentic workflows to enhance team intelligence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Redwood City, CA.
• Strong background in technical program management, product management, or an intensive technical operations role.
• Proven track record of navigating fast-moving tech roadmaps and solving ambiguous technical problems.
• High cognitive agility to pivot between deep-dive technical alignments and high-level roadmap prioritization.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information crisply and directly.
• Genuine fascination with AI and eagerness to experiment with cutting-edge tools to optimize efficiency.
