Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's San Francisco headquarters, United States; four days per week are spent collaborating in person.

Salary: $160K–$200K annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Plan key Taylor initiatives, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status.
• Drive reliability, performance, and scalability work tied to customer launch timelines.
• Manage intake, triage, and ownership of customer requests and field fixes across FDE and product engineering.
• Coordinate feature planning, release readiness, launch checklists, and delivery against customer commitments.
• Build repeatable customer onboarding and go-live playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience running complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Technical depth in production systems such as APIs, distributed systems, or data pipelines.
• Strong judgment around prioritization, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Ability to align teams with competing priorities without formal authority.
• Comfort moving quickly and making decisions with incomplete information.

Nice to have

• Experience with reliability, performance, or scalability programs.
• Enterprise implementation or customer launch experience.
• Experience with AI agent products or regulated industries.
• Clear, concise written communication.
